      • At customer satisfaction in our goal, therefore we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
      • Customers are responsible to pay for the return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged.
      • Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges paid by customers when item was purchased (eg. customer paid $50 for the item and $10 for shipping, only $50 is refunded).
      • We do not refund programming fee if the item was unsuccessfully programmed because:
        • We have no control over who is programming it for customers
        • The remote/key fob/key may not be programmed because it is not compatible with your vehicle, vehicle is not equipped with a compatible entry system
        • There are some electrical issues
        • Not all remote programmers have the proper tools to program all year, make and model
