- Customers are responsible to pay for the return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged.
- Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges paid by customers when item was purchased (eg. customer paid $50 for the item and $10 for shipping, only $50 is refunded).
- We do not refund programming fee if the item was unsuccessfully programmed because:
- We have no control over who is programming it for customers
- The remote/key fob/key may not be programmed because it is not compatible with your vehicle, vehicle is not equipped with a compatible entry system
- There are some electrical issues
- Not all remote programmers have the proper tools to program all year, make and model
